PTC just released its ServiceMax FieldFX 24R1, the third “24R1” update as part of a series of enhancements across its entire ServiceMax product portfolio.
FieldFX, is PTC's field service management solution for the Oil & Gas industry, which received a boost in functionality with this update. This release includes key improvements designed to help streamline workflows and further empower field service teams with the following key updates:
ServiceMax DataGuide is now available for both mobile and back-office teams. This tool helps to allow for the creation and deployment of advanced forms and checklists. DataGuide helps to streamline data capture for critical tasks, such as inspections, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols, helping to ensure more accurate and consistent data collection across operations.
The Schedule & Dispatch module in FieldFX received an update in this release with new filtering options. Users can now leverage both AND and OR filters when searching for specific jobs, allowing for a more granular level of control over scheduling and dispatch decisions.
