Rajkumar has been a part of the ARC team since 2015. Rajkumar leads and manages a team of researchers to conduct cutting-edge research in the field of industrial process equipment and control systems, automation and IT, Engineering Services, Industrial IoT, and digital transformation. He also oversees the development and execution of research projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Rajkumar's expertise is in automation technologies, including sensors (photoelectric, proximity, vibration, force), collaborative robots, industrial UPS, AC drives, soft starters, PLCs, operator panels, EMS, GIS, and engineering services. He also has experience with conducting, analyzing, and interpreting customer, competitor, and market intelligence across the marketing spectrum on customer segmentations and product categories.
Prior to joining ARC, Rajkumar worked as a Market Research Analyst for a Research & Consulting division at a research firm specializing in Managed Print Industry, Renewable Energy, Automotive, Food & Beverages, Education, BFSI, Digital Marketing etc. His responsibilities included conducting in-depth research, analyzing market trends, making comparative analysis/benchmarking, and writing market research reports.
