Jacco has 35 years of experience in the process industries in engineering, operations and maintenance.

Dominic De-KerfDominic started his career in 1991 as a local automation engineer. He became part of central engineering in the mid 90s and was involved in building factories in Turkey, Germany, and China. The company was acquired by Cargill in 2003 and Dominic became the best practice lead for automation for the starch business in Europe and moved more corporate roles in automation.  He has more than 30 years’ experience in the industry and is involved in ISA, NAMUR, and other industry associations.

Forum fees are as follows:

  • DTC Members*: 550 EUR
  • End Users: 650 EUR
  • Suppliers: 1,450 EUR

All fees are net, excl. VAT.  The fee includes lunch on both days, a Welcome Reception before the Forum convenes, and all program materials. Group rates are available.

Cancellations and Substitutions

Substitutions may be made at any time at no additional charge. The registration fee is fully refundable up to 3 weeks prior to the Forum date. A 50% cancellation fee will be assessed after that date.  All cancellations must be received in writing.
