His focus areas include industrial automation equipment, control systems, and software with knowledge of sensors, HMI software, IO modules, operator panels, controlgears, geared motors, industrial UPS, and motion control.

Prior to joining ARC, Siddhartha honed his analytical skills as a market analyst at a leading research firm, specializing in heavy industry and industrial automation. His responsibilities included conducting in-depth research, analysing market trends, and crafting comprehensive B2B market analysis reports for syndicate clients.

Beyond market research, Siddhartha possesses valuable firsthand experience in the industrial sector. He spent six months as a software engineer at a reputed software firm in Pune. Additionally, his one and a half years as a substation maintenance engineer at CESC Ltd, Kolkata.

Siddhartha's academic background reflects his dedication to continuous learning. He holds an MBA in Marketing from Alliance University, Bangalore, and a B. Tech in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Heritage Institute of Technology, Kolkata.
